Ich habe bisher überhaupt nicht gewusst, dass es so ein Pulver gibt; scheint aber ideal zu sein - auch zum Kochen (Asiatische Gemüsepfanne mit Tofu und Erdnussbutter ist mein Favorit )

Creative Vee : Just saw a video where someone mixed it with the low cal almond milk instead of water. Still a whole lot less fat/caloires than regular peanut butter.
LeviAWilson : I see that this video says 2014 so I don't know if you even read these anymore being that it's now 2021 over 7 years later. I just found out about this PB2 powder a few weeks ago. I saw a guy talking about it in a body building video I was watching at the time and I just went and got some today. I only saw your video because I was looking on google to see if you could make peanut butter with it and several videos about it came up and yours was one of them. Being a body builder myself as well as a songwriter, musician and vocalist I wanted to try this. Your video was the second one I watched of this powder being made into peanut butter. Even though I enjoyed your whole video, the best part was when it said "Leeann is taking her crackers back" lol that was a good one.

In today's episode of Office Hours, I'm breaking down the deets of powdered peanut butter (or PB2) and why I NEVER recommend it for weight loss or fat burning.




Greg Doucette : Just goes to show how highly educated people don’t actually speak the truth or know what they are talking about. She says reason 3 is because of the added sugar in Powdered peanut butter in comparison to The PB2. So sitting here with my PB2 in front of me and it contained a whopping 1g of sugar per 2 TBSP. Heaven forbid I’m gonna ruin myself eating 1G of sugar. What’s next fruit gonna make u fat from fructose. I’ll watch a few more vids to see if this is a 1 time mistake or if she just earned herself an entire video dedicated to dispelling the myths she is spewing
Elsa Mancia : Wow - I wish I can dislike this video more than once. I’m currently pursing a Dietetics major and all of this crap is incorrect. ‍♀️. Just curious where did you get your “nutritionist” degree? One of my first classes during my first year we are taught that there are no good foods or bad foods. Yes, some foods are “better” for you in the sense that they include micronutrients and keep you full longer. And let me tell you PB2 only had 1g of sugar. That’s not going to kill anyone. This video is so full of mis information.
